Everyone, members and active participants, is welcome to attend and participate in the Annual Meeting; only members are allowed to vote. If you are a member and you are not able to attend in-person or online on March 22, please choose one of the following two options to participate in voting:
Your first option is to complete the ballot with your vote on all 13 motions. Complete the Ballot Form and return paper ballots to Nicole Woeschka and electronic ballots to heather.uttley@floramc.org.
Your second option is to authorize another member who will be attending in-person or online to vote for you; this is called a proxy. It’s common to designate the Church Council Secretary, Heather Uttley, but you are free to fill in the name of any member who plans to attend. Complete the Proxy Form and return paper proxies to Nicole Woeschka and electronic proxies to heather.uttley@floramc.org.
